Movie Trailer of the Day: The fake-looking full-length trailer for NURV’s sorta-real Internet-meme-themed feature film The Chronicles of Rick Roll was released today, and Executive producer Andrew Fischer told CNN he hopes the new footage will help convince financial backers to come forward and help him complete the movie.

The plot line revolves around a man named “Rick Rolland” who is magically transported to a place called “Middle Internet” where he employs the services of viral video stars in an effort to rescue a girl he met on a dating site.

Fischer himself stars as protagonist “Rick Rolland” alongside such Internet notables as the kid who said “boom goes the dynamite,” the kid who screamed “Leeroy Jenkins,” and the kid who fake-freaked out and attempted to shove a remote up his butt.
