A friendly match between A.C. Milan and Pro Patria took an unexpected turn today, when the Ghanian football player Kevin-Prince Boateng began walking off the field to protest racial abuses that were being hurled at him from the opposing team’s supporters. Though racial tension on the football field isn’t quite news to many European leagues, what happens afterwards is definitely worth a watch: The rest of Milan players follow Boateng and walk off the field together.
