Resentment of the Day: Author Calls for a DragonCon Boycott

Last week, horror fiction writer Nancy A. Collinscalled for a boycott of the upcoming DragonCon, the world’s largest fantasy and sci-fi convention, until the organizers sever ties with co-founderEdward Kramer who has been arrested twice on charges of molesting young boys but continues to receive a hefty sum of revenue earned from DragonCon each year. No statement has been released by the organizers, but according toSkepchick, DragonCon staff may legally be prohibited from defending themselves in public at the moment, due to an ongoing legal battle between the Con and Kramer.
